1. Role of Linko

Linko provides a technical platform for mini websites including shop features.

Linko does not sell products or services offered by customers. Linko acts as a technical intermediary.

2. Contract Relationships for Sales

Contracts for products or services are concluded exclusively between end customers and the respective mini website operator.

Linko is not a party to these sales contracts and is not the legal seller.

3. Responsibility of Shop Operators

Our customers are fully responsible for their own content and shop. This includes product information, prices, taxes, shipping costs, delivery terms, withdrawal rights, and all required legal information.

4. Platform Fee

For transactions processed through Linko, Linko receives a fee per transaction. Applicable fees are shown in the account and/or shop settings.

5. Availability and Liability

We strive for high platform availability. However, uninterrupted availability at all times cannot be guaranteed.

Liability is governed by applicable law.
