2. Data We Process

We process account data (e.g. name, email), technical usage data (e.g. IP address, timestamps, browser information), and content data entered by customers in their mini websites.

For shop and payment flows, payment data is processed by our payment provider Stripe.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Processing is carried out to provide the platform, maintain technical security, perform contracts, and bill platform fees.

Legal bases include Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in platform operation and security).

4. Sharing and Processors

Data is only shared where necessary to operate the platform, for example with hosting and payment providers.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage Period

We store personal data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law.

6. Data Subject Rights

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, subject to GDPR requirements.
